Dr. Nahla Al-Saidi, Sheikh of Al-Azhar’s advisor, dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences for international students, and head of Education Development Centre for Al-Azhar International Students In a short amount of time, her unique management and scientific methodology was able to significantly influence and improve Al- Azhar Al Sharif’s system for international students. She has made an effort to always get better, implementing cutting-edge administrative and management techniques. Dr. Nahla is a deserving person to represent her country in international forums and conferences and for creating a unique system of foreign connections. She was deserving of recognition at numerous national and international gatherings. She deserved to be chosen as the head of many programmes and committees, including the language coexistence Programme and the International Programme to Prepare Non-Arabic Speaking Teachers, as she had shown women’s excellence and competence in assuming significant tasks and responsibilities and contributing to the achievement and development of the global mission of Al-Azhar in dealing with international students from different cultures. It also had a significant impact on the creation of modern teaching and training techniques, curriculum built on contemporary educational tenets, and the development of talents and skills. الدكتورة نهلة الصعيدي مستشار شيخ الأزهر، وعميد كلية العلوم الإسلامية للوافدين، ورئيس مركز تطوير تعليم الوافدين والأجانب بالأزهر الشريف ‏نموذج إداري وعلمي متميز استطاعت خلال فترة وجيزة أن تُحدث تأثيرًا قويًا وتغييرًا إيجابيًا في منظومة الوافدين بالأزهر الشريف، فقد عملت على التحسين المستمر فتبنت النظم الإدارية والابتكارية الحديثة لقد جسدت د. نهلة صورة مشرفة لتمثيل وطنها في المحافل الدولية والمؤتمرات العالمية وبناء منظومة علاقات خارجية متميزة فاستحقت التكريم في عديد من المحافل المحلية والدولية وقد أثبتت تميز وكفاءة المرأة في تولى المهام والمسؤوليات الجسيمة، وساهمت في تحقيق رسالة الازهر العالمية وتطويرها في التعامل مع الوافدين من مختلف الثقافات، فكانت جديرة بأن تختار رئيسًا للعديد من البرامج واللجان منها برنامج المعايشة اللغوية والبرنامج الدولي لإعداد معلمي الناطقين بغير العربية . كما أدت دورا رئيسا في وضع مناهج دراسية مبنية على الأسس التعليمية الحديثة وصياغة أساليب وطرق تعليمية وتدريبية مبتكرة، وكذا تنمية المواهب والقدرات
